A Colorado native, Sulema Lambert made her way to Oregon via Oregon State University.1 After spending some time in the valley, she settled in Central Oregon, drawn by the sun, the outdoor lifestyle, and the kind community.2 Her professional life began in banking, which led to a role as the director of Girls Scouts in Central Oregon.

​In 2019, following a chance phone call with a recruiter, Sulema became a licensed insurance agent and opened her own agency.3 After six years with one company, she decided to become an independent agent to better serve her clients' diverse needs beyond just home and auto insurance.

Sulema is a mother of two young adults. In 2025, her youngest will begin college life, and her oldest, a local chef, will continue to pursue the culinary arts. Her background includes finance, and her family has a history in business, as they own a local staffing company. For Sulema, every professional step she's taken has been fueled by a genuine love for the people in her life. She thrives on meeting both new and seasoned business owners, enjoying the camaraderie and shared laughter over the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. She believes we are all partners in the game of life, meant to build each other up and help out whenever we can. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, concerts, crafting, and a good laugh.
